Circle of the moon (Mondkreis) is the name of my practice in honour of the moons luminous presence. Her light shines clear and without judgment and stirs something within our being. Something is awakened that cannot be described by words, yet is felt deep within our soul. Even if she is not visible to us in the starry sky, we can trust that her presence is always there.
We also find this silent presence within us, this part which is whole and in deep connection with everything. However, we often identify with old patterns, wounds or feel stuck in situations in everyday life. Then we are thrown off balance and forget the strength we carry within us. Remembering and re-connecting with this silent presence, our core, enables us to stand with both feet in the flow of life and to face the challenges of everyday life.
Shamanic and energy therapy are two holistic methods that can bring us back to wholeness. These ancient forms of healing work were already practiced and used by our ancestors. With the help of our spirit guides and the power of nature, blockages are removed and we are left feeling more empowered, centered and in a state of connection with ourselves.
